The "Recover (Me)ntal" participatory lab aims to identify the main problems and challenges of mental health, which arose or increased during the COVID-19 pandemic, through discussions with relevant stakeholders, organisations and young people. "Klaipeda - European Youth capital 2021" seeks not only to talk about the theoretical aspects of mental health issues, but also to come up with solutions to mental health problems. Moreover, sharing experiences among cities from different regions helps to face these challenges more effectively.
