2021 is not a standard year as hundreds of regional managing authorities and cities are facing the unprecedented challenge of shaping and implementing investment programmes backed by the new EU budget and Next Generation EU. Members of the European Parliament and the Committee of the Regions will have the opportunity to talk to Commissioner Elisa Ferreira on respect for the partnership principle within the new programming phase, and synergies with other policies and tools.
