Since 2006, JASPERS has provided advisory support in the development of strategies and project pipelines, project preparation and appraisal, and technical capacity-building. The workshop presents how JASPERS helps national authorities, regions and cities to face current challenges by increasing their capacity, developing sustainable pipelines of investments in line with EU priorities, and preparing and implementing them effectively for the purpose of cohesion policy and the new generation of 2021-2027 EU programmes.
