We will present the Recovery and Resilience Plan for Bulgaria, the level of digitalization, and the role of the private sector in Bulgaria and in the region of Stara Zagora. The presentation will look at the driving forces and trends in developments in cities, and at how the public and private sectors interact and work together. We will give examples of how cities can become more environmentally friendly and more plugged into new developments in the fields of innovation and digitalisation.
