Since 2013, the government of Galicia has been addressing the demographic change challenge in all of the the region's policy areas, as fighting its impact has already become an urgent goal to boost economic and social sustainability. Thus, the Galician government has recently adopted a Demographic Law, which includes a comprehensive package of measures conducive to demographic revitalisation and generational turnover.
