Welcome to ruraldigital.eu, a platform co-created by 2 Interreg North Sea Region projects - CORA & COM³. The sister projects share a vision: it requires skills and engagement of all social groups to make a region smarter. Both aim at digital solutions empowering citizens, local authorities & businesses.
