The paradigm of city science and how city science can contribute to climate resilience - 12WS22434
Workshop
Green Transition
Information
As many societal challenges are intrinsically urban, the science, policy and innovation to address them should also be urban and regionally centered.
From this perspective and out of necessity, the City Science Initiative was created to strengthen this interface of urban science and policymaking.
In this workshop, experts will not only present the findings on the "Urban Regional Research Ecology" paper but will also look at their own local realities and specifically how the interface of science and policy relates to the challenges we are facing regarding climate resilience and neutrality. In order to support this interface, our experts will also reflect on an urban library to support the knowledge pillar of the Cities mission.
