The deep interconnection between environmental systems and economic, social and health systems in cities calls for deeper analysis and guidance that can be applied to practical challenges. Climate change is one such challenge, and systemic thinking is essential to improving the design of policy interventions. The session will present the key findings from an OECD paper on building systemic climate resilience in cities (upcoming), share innovative and leading practices and discuss effective policies.
