Making the energy transition a success through citizen engagement - 11WS22393

Bringing together 15 cities from the EU-funded POCITYF and SPARCS projects, we will share insights, tools and methods for citizen engagement as a driver of a successful clean energy transition. Hands-on experience with engagement practices will be presented by the cities of Leipzig (DE) and Alkmaar (NL). The audience will discuss future challenges associated with creating energy positive communities, looking at how to inspire people to actively participate in creating resilient, fair and inclusive social change in cities.
