Cross-border housing markets in European regions – in search of valuable indicators - 11WS22343

The ESPON big data housing project aimed to measure the effect of cross-border movements on housing markets through big data. Based on traditional indicators and web scraping techniques used to obtain new data sets, the project developed new indicators to visualise and determine cross-border effects in six case study regions.
