The mission’s strategic objective is to restore the health of our oceans and waters by 2030 by protecting and restoring marine and freshwater ecosystems and biodiversity, preventing and eliminating pollution of our oceans, seas and waters, and fostering carbon-neutrality and the circularity of the EU’s blue economy. This session will present the state of play of the mission's implementation and discuss how regions and cities can get involved and contribute to the different phases of the mission.
