Resilient smart villages in times of crisis - 12WS22411

The Ukraine invasion has brought a series of new challenges to Europe, including a new wave of migration and increasing energy prices. This session aims to highlight how resilient rural communities have responded effectively to the Ukraine crisis through locally-led smart solutions, including initiatives that tie in with the green transition, social cohesion, as well as economic and environmental sustainability; and how the Smart Villages concept can further contribute to strengthening the resilience of communities.
